eCompliance has a blanket privacy commitment to our users. We will not sell, rent, or lease any information that you provide online. We will only share the data that you contribute to EEE-based forms with the government agencies to whom you are submitting. We do not use "Cookies" for our public users*, and we do not track your use history or "profile" you in any way.

* Our EFM and EEE users are allowed access to sensitive data and therefore are tracked. We use a simple, session-only cookie, which is never written to the user's harddrive, but instead remains valid only while the user's browser is open.
